If you are unhappy with any aspect of our product, please contact us.
If the product quality is not satisfied, we will attempt to rectify the situation by
re-supplying the product.
If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you are entitled to a
refund within 30 days.
There are no refunds past the 30 day period.
After confirming the design we will start production.
During the production time, you cannot make any changes to the design, and kandurata
wristbands (PVT) LTD will not hold responsible for design errors and we will not refund or
re-produce items.
We will reproduce items and deliver them within 14 days if it is necessary.
